Competitor's Prep Class:

Saturday: 7:00-9:00am

Open Gym Times: 

Thursday: 4:00-6:30pm

Saturday: 10:00am-11:00am

All classes are roughly one hour and start on time as to keep with our schedule.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

*For those who decide to become an unlimited member, you will have access to the gym any time the doors are open.  Whether you want to come in for class time, or just work on your back squat, the possibilities are endless!
